First Run Labs (formerly FlowPress Inc.) is the parent company of Fp Digital and ZeroArc. This policy explains how this website, firstrunlabs.com, handles information. The site is a single informational page. We do not sell products or services here, we do not run advertising, and there are no forms or accounts.

The short version

We set one strictly necessary security cookie, named __cf_bm, placed by our infrastructure provider Cloudflare to tell human visitors apart from automated bots. It expires within 30 minutes and is not used for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking. We use no other cookies, and we run no marketing or advertising trackers. We do not collect personal information through forms, because there are none. We do not sell or share personal information.

What we collect automatically

When you visit firstrunlabs.com, our infrastructure provider records standard technical information needed to serve the site securely and reliably, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of the request. We also use a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics measure that reports aggregate traffic such as page views and referring sites, without tracking or identifying individual visitors.

Why we process it

We process this limited information for legitimate interests: operating the site, keeping it secure, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate traffic. We do not use it to build profiles or to advertise to you.

Who processes it

Our website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, Inc., which provides hosting, content delivery, security, and cookieless analytics. As part of that security, Cloudflare sets the strictly necessary __cf_bm cookie described above to distinguish human visitors from automated bots. How long we keep it

Technical logs are retained only for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs, then deleted or aggregated. Cookieless analytics data is aggregate and is not tied to individuals.
